1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 785
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 785 on page 25,
3 line 34, after "Law", by inserting the following:
4 ", except that foreclosure of any lien created herein shall
5 not be available against the homestead property of a
6 recipient during the recipient's life. Furthermore, the lien
7 interest created herein against property held in joint
8 tenancy or tenancy by the entirety shall be extinguished upon
9 the death of the recipient, when a joint tenant or tenant by
10 the entirety survives the recipient".
