1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 776
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 776, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing all of subsection (b) of Sec. 110-13 of Section
4 5 with the following:
5 "(b) The court shall not order attorneys at law
6 practicing in this State to supervise or monitor the
7 conditions of bail bonds.
8 (c) This Section does not apply to an attorney or
9 official who is a parent or legal guardian of the accused.".
