1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 543
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 543, as amended,
3 on page 1, line 15 before the period by inserting the
4 following:
5 "when the motor vehicle is involved in a motor vehicle
6 accident, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, or
7 reckless driving that results in bodily injury" and,
8 on page 6, by deleting lines 30 thru 33, and,
9 by deleting pages 7 thru 15 and
10 by deleting the underscored language on 18 and inserting the
11 following:
12 "5. A municipality may enact an ordinance that provides
13 for the use of an automated red light enforcement system to
14 enforce violations of this subsection (c) that result in or
15 involve a motor vehicle accident, leaving the scene of a
16 motor vehicle accident, or reckless driving that results in
17 bodily injury.".
