Section concerning odds of winning.

1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Lottery Law by changing
2 Section 10.6.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Lottery Law is amended by
6 changing Section 10.6 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 1605/10.6) (from Ch. 120, par. 1160.6)
8 Sec. 10.6. Odds of winning. The Department shall make an
9 effort to more directly inform players of the odds of winning
10 prizes. This effort shall include, at a minimum, that the
11 Department require all ticket agents to display a placard
12 stating the odds of winning for each game offered by that
13 agent.
