1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 299
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 299 on page 4, in
3 line 15, by replacing "obtained" with "granted"; and
4 on page 4, by replacing line 18 with the following:
5 "Agency for, and the Agency may grant, a development or
6 construction permit for the facility for which local siting
7 approval was granted"; and
8 on page 4, in line 19, by deleting "facility".
