1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 129
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 129, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, line 2 by adding "person," after "Any"; and
5 on page 2, by inserting immediately after line 8 the
6 following:
7 "In addition to any other penalties, violation of this
8 Section shall be a Class B misdemeanor.".
