1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 86
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 86, as follows:
3 on page 3, line 4 by striking deleting "$150" and inserting
4 "$150 $200";
5 and in line 5, by replacing "local" "unit";
6 and on page 3, line 6, before the period, by inserting "for
7 driver's education or school safety purposes. However, if
8 the violation of subsection (a) occurred in a dual school
9 district, $25 of the fine shall be paid to the elementary
10 district for school safety purposes and $25 of the fine shall
11 be paid to the high school district for driver's education or
12 school safety purposes".
