1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3436
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3436, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 6 through 10 with the
5 following:
6 "1997 in order to work or attend school. The income of the
7 parent of an applicant for child care services under this
8 subdivision (b)(3)(C) shall be considered in determining the
9 applicant's eligibility for services, and the amount of the
10 co-payment required, if the applicant is claimed as a tax
11 dependent on that parent's federal income tax return.".
