1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3063
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3063, on page 1,
3 line 18 by inserting after the period the following:
4 "Delay shall be considered to be agreed to by the defendant
5 unless he or she objects to the delay by making a written
6 demand for trial."; and
7 on page 4, line 5, by replacing "Section and" with
8 "Section."; and
9 on page 4, by deleting lines 6 through 12; and
10 on page 4, by inserting after line 13 the following:
11 "Section 90. Severability. The provisions of this Act
12 are severable under Section 1.31 of the Statute on
13 Statutes.".
