1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by adding Section
2 2-3.126.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section
6 2-3.126 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/2-3.126 new)
8 Sec. 2-3.126. Metro East Consortium of Education
9 officials. The State Board of Education shall establish
10 Metro East Consortium of Education officials to provide
11 corrective incentives to improve the quality of education in
12 Metro East school districts.
