1 AN ACT making appropriations for the Office of the State
2 Appellate Defender.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much of those
6 amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
7 and purposes named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and
8 contingent expenses of the Office of the State Appellate
9 Defender:

11 For Employee Retirement Contributions

13 For State Contribution to State Employees'
14 Retirement System........................... 302,411
15 For State Contributions to Social Security...... 453,617

23 Section 10. The following named amounts, or so much of

27 Litigation Division established pursuant to Public Act
