1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1949
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1949, on page 2, by
3 inserting between line 12 and line 13 the following:
4 "Section 15. In addition to any other amounts,
5 $5,000,000 is appropriated to the Office of the State
6 Appellate Defender for reimbursement to the Cook County
7 Public Defender's Appellate Division for operational costs.".
