1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1736
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1736 on page 11,
3 line 23, after "facility." by inserting the following:
4 "This subsection (v) shall not apply to a public utility as
5 that term is defined in the Public Utilities Act, but it
6 shall apply to an entity that contracts with a public
7 utility."; and
8 on page 11, line 33, after "disposed." by inserting the
9 following:
10 "This subsection (w) shall not apply to a public utility as
11 that term is defined in the Public Utilities Act, but it
12 shall apply to an entity that contracts with a public
13 utility.".
