1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1684
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1684 on page 1, by
3 deleting lines 17 and 18; and
4 on page 1, line 22, by replacing "Department" with "Office of
5 the Attorney General"; and
6 on page 1, line 26, by replacing "Department" with "Office of
7 the Attorney General"; and
8 on page 1, line 26, by deleting "lawsuits and"; and
9 on page 1, line 28, after "10." by inserting the following:
10 "A contractor shall provide the Office of the Attorney
11 General with a copy of all lawsuits filed against the
12 contractor pertaining to his or her activities as a
13 contractor, the disposition of each of those lawsuits, and a
14 list of any businesses required under Section 10."; and
15 on page 2, line 1, by replacing "Department" with "Office of
16 the Attorney General"; and
17 on page 2, line 4, by replacing "Department" with "Office of
18 the Attorney General".
