90_HB1121ccr001 SRS90HB1121NCsaccr1 1 90TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2 CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT 3 ON HOUSE BILL 1121 4 ------------------------------------------------------------- 5 ------------------------------------------------------------- 6 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the 7 House of Representatives: 8 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the 9 differences between the houses in relation to Senate 10 Amendment No. 1 to House Bill 1121, recommend the following: 11 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the 12 House of Representatives: 13 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the 14 differences between the houses in relation to Senate 15 Amendment No. 1 to House Bill 1121, recommend the following: 16 (1) that the House concur in Senate Amendment No. 1; and 17 (2) that House Bill 1121, AS AMENDED, be further amended 18 in Section 5, by replacing the paragraph beginning ""Leasing 19 price" means" with the following: 20 "Leasing price" means the consideration for leasing an 21 automobile valued in money, whether received in money or 22 otherwise, including cash, credits, property and services, 23 and shall be determined without any deduction on account of 24 the cost of the property leased, the cost of materials used, 25 labor or service cost or any other expense whatsoever, but 26 does not include charges that are added by lessors on account 27 of the lessor's tax liability under this Act, or on account 28 of the lessor's duty to collect, from the lessee, the tax 29 that is imposed by Section 20 of this Act.
