1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1041
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1041 on page 4, in
3 lines 15 and 16, by deleting "be valid for a period of one
4 year and shall"; and
5 on page 4, in line 24, by replacing "10 business days" with
6 "12 weeks"; and
7 on page 7, immediately below line 22, by inserting the
8 following:
9 "(iii) The person does not hold a valid and active
10 permanent employee registration card issued by the
11 Department."; and
12 on page 7, in line 23, by replacing "(iii)" with "(iv)"; and
13 on page 7, in line 28, before "employs", by inserting
14 "knowingly".
