1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 674
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 674 on page 6, by
3 replacing lines 14 through 18 with the following:
4 "powers shall pertain only to this Act. The Administrator,
5 Deputy Administrator, and Animal Control Wardens may issue
6 and serve shall not have the power of police officers except
7 for the purposes of issuing and serving citations and orders
8 for violations of".
