1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 318
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 318 on page 2, line
3 11, by changing "July" to "October"; and
4 on page 2, line 14, by changing "October" to "January"; and
5 on page 3, line 13, after "diabetics.", by inserting the
6 following:
7 "Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Act, "food for
8 human consumption that is to be consumed off the premises
9 where it is sold" includes all food sold through a vending
10 machine, except soft drinks and food products that are
11 dispensed hot from a vending machine, regardless of the
12 location of the vending machine."; and
13 on page 6, line 27, after "diabetics." by inserting the
14 following:
