AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3434 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3434 on page 12, 
3by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:
4    "(k) The Agency shall do all other things necessary, 
5incidental, or appropriate for the implementation of this Act, 
6including the adoption of rules in accordance with the
