1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1960
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1960, on page 19,
3 by replacing lines 5 through 17 with the following:

4     "(j) A person may not operate a low-speed electric scooter
5 upon any public highway in the State while under the influence
6 of alcohol or any drug.
7     (k) The use of low-speed electric scooters is not
8 permitted on State highways.
9     (l) Every low-speed electric scooter shall be
10 well-maintained and in good operating condition.".
