3 line 10, after "pharmacist", by inserting "or pharmacy"; and

4 on page 3, line 21, by replacing ", waste, or abuse" with "or
5 knowing and willful misrepresentation"; and

6 on page 7, lines 19 and 20, by replacing ", waste, or abuse or
7 other intentional or" with "or knowing and".
