    Amends the Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection
5 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (50 ILCS 748/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection Act.
