SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 178/5-1

Amends the Transportation Funding Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Transportation Funding Protection Act is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 178/5-1)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Transportation Funding Protection Act. References in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
