AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 459

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 459, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 5, by replacing line 17 with the following: "school to provide both the classroom instruction part and the practice driving part under this Section"; and

on page 10, line 6, after "school", by inserting "to provide the practice driving part or both the classroom instruction part and the practice driving part".
