AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 185

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 185 on page 3, by replacing lines 15 through 19 with the following:

"2001, "income" does not include veteran's benefits, and, beginning in assessment year 2024, "income" does not include up to $10,000 per household in required minimum distributions under the Internal Revenue Code from a retirement plan, retirement account, or retirement annuity.".
