AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 81 as follows:

on page 1, line 4, after "non-citizens" by inserting "for urgent humanitarian reasons"; and

on page 2, after line 2, by inserting:

"WHEREAS, Business, civic, and social organizations seek to support these families and assist them in seeking employment and becoming self-sufficient; and"; and

on page 2, line 9, after "seekers" by inserting "without discriminating against those from the African diaspora".
