1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5172
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5172, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "(d) Language access services and interpretive assistance
7 provided in contested hearings shall be, at a minimum, in
8 accordance with this Act, and as otherwise provided for in any
9 law or rule governing an agency's contested hearings.".
