1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4789
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4789 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 17 through 19 with "contract. Any contractual
4 agreement entered into or amended, delivered, issued, or
5 renewed on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act
6 of the 103rd General Assembly that is in conflict with this
7 Section or that purports to waive any requirement of this
8 Section is null and void.".
