2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4781, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 5, lines 11 and 12, by deleting "prior to the
5 child's placement with the person"; and

6 on page 76, line 7, before "In", by inserting "As used in this
7 Section 3.4, "licensed child welfare agency" includes the
8 Department and private child welfare agencies.".
