AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4180

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4180 as follows:
 
3on page 15, line 18, after "101-580)", by inserting "and
4before the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd
5General Assembly"; and
 
6on page 15, immediately below line 24, by inserting the
7following:
8        "(4.3) For an individual or group policy of accident
9    and health insurance or a managed care plan that is
10    amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the
11    effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General
12    Assembly, a comprehensive ultrasound screening and MRI of
13    an entire breast or breasts if a mammogram demonstrates
14    heterogeneous or dense breast tissue or when medically
15    necessary as determined by a physician licensed to
16    practice medicine in all of its branches, advanced
