1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3571
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3571 by replacing
3 line 22 on page 3 through line 8 on page 4 with the following:
4     "(a) To be eligible for assistance under the program, the
5 Commission must find that the applicant satisfies all of the
6 following:
7         (1) He or she is a United States citizen or an eligible
8     noncitizen.
9         (2) He or she is a resident of this State.
10         (3) He or she has worked for at least 12 consecutive
11     months as a hospice and palliative professional in a
12     community-based hospice agency in this State.
13         (4) He or she is a borrower with an outstanding
14     balance due on an educational loan.
15         (5) He or she has not defaulted on an educational
16     loan.".
