AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3264

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3264 as follows:

on page 9, line 8, by replacing "board" with "Commission"; and

on page 16, line 19, before "recover" by inserting "the member states may"; and

on page 16, line 25, by replacing "home state follows its" with "member state follows the member state's".
