AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2045




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2045 on page 5, 
3line 22, by inserting after "incarceration" the following: 

4",  excluding any person sentenced to natural life imprisonment 
5for a Class X felony violation of criminal sexual assault,  
6aggravated criminal sexual assault, or predatory criminal 
7sexual assault of a child,"; and

 
8on page 7, line 7, by replacing "Victims'" with "Victims and
