AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1635

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1635 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Executive Director of the Lake County Forest Preserve District, on behalf of the District, is authorized to execute and deliver to the United States of America and its assigns, a quit claim deed to the following described real property:

Parcel 1:

Section 10. The Executive Director of the Lake County Forest Preserve District shall obtain a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective date and shall record the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.".
