AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1462

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1462 on page 11, line 4, after the period, by inserting "The provisions of this subparagraph do not apply to a person who, at the time of the violation of Section 11-501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code or a similar provision of a local ordinance, held a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit or was operating a commercial motor vehicle.".
