1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1086
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1086 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 "(c) A grant under this Section shall be based on whether
5 the applicant has financial need, as determined by the
6 Commission using the information reported on the applicant's
7 Free Application For Federal Student Aid."; and

8 on page 3, line 6, by replacing "2023" with "2024".
