1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2183
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2183 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Transportation Network Providers Act is
5 amended by changing Section 34 as follows:

6     (625 ILCS 57/34)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on June 1, 2021)
8     Sec. 34. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2024
9 ~~June 1, 2021~~.

12     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
