AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5424

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5424 on page 1, line 21, after the period, by inserting the following:

"The recommendations from the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability must also include information from the State's private, non-profit higher education institutions about how the institutions' current mental health programs compare to the 11 mental health goals identified in the December 2019 Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability report and the funds that would be necessary to meet these goals. Nothing in this Section shall require private, non-profit higher education institutions to adhere to the provisions of this Act.".
