AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4456

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4456 as follows:

on page 45, by replacing lines 13 through 20 with "for the specific premises where the violation occurred. A citation and notice of hearing to require a licensee to appear at a time and place specified in the notice to show cause why its license should not be suspended or revoked or a fine should not be imposed An action for a violation of this Act shall be issued and served upon the licensee commenced by the State Commission within 3 2 years after the date the State Commission becomes aware of the violation."; and

on page 47, line 8, after the period, by inserting "A licensee shall have the right to be represented by counsel in any matter before the State Commission, and with respect to any settlement or offer in compromise, a licensee shall have the right to elect to have additional representation by any association of which the licensee is a member.".
