    Amends the Home Equity Assurance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Home Equity Assurance Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (65 ILCS 95/1)  (from Ch. 24, par. 1601)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and ~~and~~ may be
8 cited as theHome Equity Assurance Act.
