1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2525
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2525 by replacing
3 line 23 on page 1 through line 4 on page 2 with the following:

4         "(3) Free from all legal exception, of fair character,
5     of approved integrity, of sound judgment, well informed,
6     and able to understand the English language, whether in
7     spoken or written form or interpreted into sign language.".
