20 ILCS 2640/Act rep.
    Repeals the Statewide Organized Gang Database Act. Effective January 1, 2020.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (20 ILCS 2640/Act rep.)
5     Section 5. The Statewide Organized Gang Database Act is
6 repealed.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
8 1, 2020.
