2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2610 on page 10, 
3line 19, by replacing "2018" with "2019"; and


 
4on page 10, line 25, by replacing "procurement of contracts" 
5with "procurement of all contracts, including, but not limited
