1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 563
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 563 on page 7,
3 immediately below line 9, by inserting the following:

4 "(d) A statement made by a minor during the course of a
5 mental health evaluation conducted under this Section shall not
6 be admissible on the issue of delinquency during the course of
7 an adjudicatory hearing held under the Juvenile Court Act of
8 1987.".
