AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3486

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3486 on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Sections 1 and 1a" with "Section 1a"; and

by deleting line 7 on page 1 through line 11 on page 2; and

on page 4, line 8, by replacing "person, licensed" with "person licensed"; and

on page 4, line 10, by replacing "Code, who" with "Code who"; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with "agreement, life insurance policy, or tax-deferred annuity."; and

on page 5, line 10, by replacing "Sections 4, 15, and 17" with "Section 4"; and

by deleting line 15 on page 12 through line 26 on page 16; and

on page 17, by replacing lines 6 through 13 with "the purchaser may fund the pre-need sales contract by an option as authorized under this Act."; and

by deleting line 14 on page 17 through line 2 on page 18.
