AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1815

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1815 as follows:

on page 2, line 23, before "labor", by inserting "field"; and

on page 2, line 26, after the period, by inserting "The actual cost of field labor shall not include wages that exceed one and one-half times the employees' normal hourly pay rate. The actual cost of materials shall not exceed one and one-quarter times the township's acquisition cost of materials actually used and provided by the township to make the connection."; and

on page 6, line 25, before "labor", by inserting "field"; and

on page 7, line 1, after the period, by inserting "The actual cost of field labor shall not include wages that exceed one and one-half times the employees' normal hourly pay rate. The actual cost of materials shall not exceed one and one-quarter times the municipality's acquisition cost of materials actually used and provided by the municipality to make the connection.".
