1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1717
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1717 on page 5,
3 immediately below line 2, by inserting the following:

4 "(h) Upon a final judgment in favor of the requesting party
5 or dismissal of all lawsuits concerning real estate for which a
6 transfer has been requested, the Department shall transfer that
7 real estate, provided that it meets the other requirements of
8 this Act.".
