1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1656
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1656 as follows:
3 by replacing lines 6 through 15 with the following:

4     "Section 5. Definitions. In this Act, "public institution
5 of higher education" means any of the"; and

6 on page 1, by replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following:

7     "Section 10. Prohibition. The board of trustees of a public
8 institution of higher"; and

9 on page 2, by deleting lines 6 through 21.
