AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4538

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4538, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 2, line 16, by replacing "subsection (b)" with "subsections (b) and (c)"; and

on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 2, the following:

"(c) This Section does not apply to the operation of an aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicle by any person or entity that has been authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration."; and

on page 3, line 3, by replacing "(c)" with "(d)"; and

on page 9, line 7, by replacing "subsection (b)" with "subsections (b) and (c)"; and

on page 9, by inserting immediately below line 25, the following:

"(c) This Section does not apply to the operation of an aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicle by any person or entity that has been authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration."; and

on page 10, line 1, by replacing "(c)" with "(d)".
