AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3290

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3290 on page 1, by replacing line 7 with the following:

"Sec. 3-65. Severance agreement limitations.

(a) No State"; and

on page 1, immediately below line 18, by inserting the following:

"(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this Section, any severance package approved by the board for an employee of the community college district after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly is limited to one year of salary and one year of benefits for that employee.".
